AM Role Assignments (new)

Introduced Role Assignments endpoints of Access Management. With these new endpoints, you can now achieve the following: POST Role Assignment: Create Role Assignment GET User's Role Assignments: Return all active role assignments for a specific user GET Role Assignments by Role ID: Return all active role assignments for a specific role identifier PUT Role Assignments: Update user's role assignments DELETE Role Assignments by IDs: Remove role assignments by IDs
