This release introduces:

• 10 Mbps connection bandwidth tier.
• Increase in the maximum service token's validity time interval from 30 to 90 days​.
• Ability to define Z-side DOT1Q VLAN tag and QINQ VLAN customer tag as range in connections originating from Network Edge virtual devices.
• Create multipoint-to-mulitipoint networks.
• Resizing connection bandwidth for IBM Cloud Direct Link 2.

Feature	Summary of Release
Connections	Connections now support a 10 Mbps bandwidth tier. Z-side DOT1Q VLAN tag and QINQ VLAN customer tag in connections originating from Network Edge virtual devices can be specified as a range​. Connections to IBM Cloud Direct Link 2 now support upgrading and downgrading the connection bandwidth. A new connection type - EPLAN_VC, enables creating connections from untagged EPL ports to EPLAN type networks and establishing a mesh network that spans across all of your deployments in Equinix IBX data centers.
Service Tokens	Service Tokens can be valid for up to 90 days. Z-side service tokens now support a 10 Mbps bandwidth tier.
