Downtime Notifications (new)	Added an API to inform users of all planned/unplanned downtime related to APIs/Infrastructure. Get Downtime Notifications
ACL Template APIs (new & update)	Added two new APIs. Get ACL of Virtual Device Update ACL of Virtual Device Added "aclDetails" array to accommodate MGMT interface ACLs. All create device payloads are impacted. Launch Equinix-Configured Device Launch Self-Configured Device Launch SDWAN Device Launch Cluster Device "aclTemplateUuid" field is deprecated.
