To place a Cross Connect Order using API, basically, you will follow the same workflow as the order form on the ECP portal. You will gather proper information for your A-Side, Z-Side details, as well as provide scheduling, contact information. If you have any optional information and reference, such as purchase order, you can include as well. Then you can use the crossconnect order API (https://developer.equinix.com/catalog/crossconnectv1) to place Cross Connect order. Please note, if you do not already have the details for A-Side/Z-Side, you may use additional APIs to get those information. For example, locations API to get IBX, cage, and cabinet, etc.
