Getting this error:

              {
                 "code":"403",
                 "message":"You are not authorized to access the api"
              }
           ]

when trying to query /v1/users, what specific permission is required? I'm not a master admin, but all the other APIs works for me.

I'm sorry you're facing this issue. We would like to share with you that users_v1 is deprecated and would like to recommend you to migrate to users_v2.
